Allegheny Conference on Community Development and Affiliates
Greater Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce, an affiliate of the Allegheny Conference on Community Development, supports and enhances the growth of the 10-county region's business community by advocating for improvements in the business climate and quality of life and providing educational seminars, business networking events and government affairs services. The Chamber also provides support to the African-American and Hispanic Chambers of Commerce.
Major programs of the Greater Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce include the Southwestern Pennsylvania Regional Business Advocacy Council, providing government affairs services to a consortium of 26 Chambers of Commerce and two business service organizations from across the Pittsburgh region, and, in partnership with Leadership Pittsburgh, Inc., offering a series of leadership development programs for members and newcomers to southwestern Pennsylvania.
